Alcohol addiction: calculators are not treatment
Written by The Kalcule Team · Last updated 18 de agosto de 2026
If drinking is affecting work, relationships, health or control, you need people, not a BAC form. This page exists so we do not pretend a calculator is a clinic.
This is not a screening programme
We are not diagnosing alcohol use disorder. Validated screens (AUDIT and similar) belong in clinical or public-health settings.
Get local help
Talk to a doctor, a local addiction service, or emergency care if you are in withdrawal danger. Withdrawal can be medically serious — do not detox from severe dependence alone.
What Kalcule will not do
We will not sell a supplement, a 12-day detox, or a “hack.” The BAC calculator estimates concentration from drinks you type. That is all.
If someone else is struggling
You cannot calculate them better. Encourage professional help. Protect your own safety.
